How do I reserve a car with Plano Taxi?

A: Simply call our office at 469-773-1400, make a reservation on our website, email us at book@governorpass.com. We will need a credit card when making a reservation, and also we will send you a confirmation back by email.

What are acceptable methods of payment?

A:We accept all major credit cards like Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover as well as cash; however we do need to have a credit card on file to hold a reservation.

What are your hours of operation?

A: We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Talk to a live representative, not an answering machine or answering service.

What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellation Fees. 4 hours or more prior to pick up time = no charge. Less than 4 hours to pick up time = 100% charge of fare. No exceptions.

Do I pay for the service if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

A: We do not charge for delays due to weather or airline issues, however it is your responsibility to inform us of any status changes. Our agents will monitor your flight, and if airline has cancelled your flight, a vehicle will NOT be sent unless we hear from you with new updates.
